This program is designed for primary school children (7 - 12 years old), supporting their mental, physical and emotional health, providing them with tools to thrive in today's fast-paced world.
Time: Monday 4 - 5 pm

Program for teens in term 4, 2025
Building Resilience, Confidence, and Self-Acceptance
Empower your teens with this program designed to build resilience, confidence, and self-acceptance. This transformative journey equips teens with tools to navigate stress, peer pressure, and the digital world while fostering a positive self-image and strong interpersonal connections.
Time: Monday 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Family yoga

Suitable for children aged 5 to 10 and their parents/carers.
Family yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your child through movement, mindfulness, and play. These sessions create a nurturing space where both kids and parents can explore:
- Fun yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance
- Mindfulness tools to support focus and emotional awareness
- Playful breathing techniques to ease stress and boost calm
- Guided relaxation and visualisation to wind down togetherx
Spend an hour of meaningful connection while learning simple techniques you can use at home to help your child feel centred, calm, and confident - and enjoy the benefits yourself, too!
Adults yoga
Develop a stronger body and mind with Hatha yoga classes that will allow you to slow down and focus on yourself. We hold postures for a few rounds of breath to improve the whole body strength, balance and flexibility. Feel recharged and more connected to yourself through mindfulness practices and breathing exercises. Options are offered throughout the class allowing you to choose more beginner or advanced practice to suit your needs.
Each week focuses on stretching and strengthening different parts of the body, alongside breathing exercises to enhance your well-being. And you will love the relaxation part the most!
